Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development.
This includes recruitment and selection of policy/practices, discipline,
grievance, counseling, pay, contracts, training, development, succession
planning, moral and motivation, culture, attitude development, performance
appraisal and quality management issues
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary
aspects of HR development
- Monitor and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans,
achievement within agreed formats and time scales
- Manage and develop direct reporting staff
- Liaise with other departmental head to understand all necessary aspects
and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of
HR objectives, purpose and achievements
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theory,
methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and
staff within the organization
- Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy. Performance
in co-operation with the executive team
- Ensure activities meet and integrate with organizational requirement
for quality management, health, safety, legal requirement, environmental
policies and general duty of care
- Audit and authenticate all documents relation with Govt. Organizations
for better functioning of the organization
- Plan for employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal,
job evaluation and development
- Plan and direct for Training of employee including senior managers,
maintain contact with outside resources for training
Position Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Age must be over 40 years
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources Administration
or related fiel
- Good Understanding with at least 10 years of experience in Human
Resource Management
- Excellent in written and spoken English
- Hardworking, discipline, reliable and good with human relations
- Strong managerial knowledge and develop yourself contin
