IBM maintains SME focus

Country general manager Thanwa Laohasiriwong said the firm had set up new units called Volume Business and Volume Team to drive business in this sector.

The company is also providing an SMB (Small and Medium Business) express advanced programme of data protection.

IBM is working with independent software vendors (ISVs) to provide ecosystem solutions at affordable prices as a way of driving the SME market. IBM has 500 business partners and ISVs to distribute its products, software and services.
