The company announced that Sittiphol Phanvilai from
Bangkok was awarded a cash prize of US$10,000 (Bt336,000) for his
winning MobiTubia application.
Sittiphol is a master's-degree engineering student at Chulalongkorn
University, with a specialisation in computers. His MobiTubia is
a Flash Lite video player and YouTube portal application with real-time
decoding for the S60 mobile platform. It enables mobile-phone users
to access fly clips using several different methods and browse and
search for specific content on YouTube.
