Truetouch Co has been named the best outsource call
centre in the 2007 National Call Centre awards held by the Call
Centre Industry Association.
The runner-up was TeleIntel Co, followed by Advance
Research Group.
Winning the award for the best in-house call centre under 50 seats
was DHL Express International, with Diethelm Ltd and Thai Samsung
Electronics also winning recognition.
For call centres with more than 50 seats, the winner was Prudential
Life Assurance Thailand, followed by Standard Chartered Bank (Thai).
The awards were sponsored by Prudential Life, Mondial Assistance,
Talk Time Asia, and Allen and Overy.
