Cheval's customer survey
shows strong satisfaction with product development, engineering
expertise, customer support and logistics.
Building on previous year's surveys and listening
to our clients, the Cheval group has again made strides improving
our clients satisfaction.
The Cheval Client Satisfaction Survey was carried
out with Cheval's customers from the fourth quarter of 2009 to
January 2010. The overall aim of the survey was to establish a
measurable baseline of client satisfaction relating to key areas
of Physical Quality of Product, Technical and Customer Support.
Among the top reasons clients chose Cheval as their
19" ODM/OEM manufacturer were: Assistance in new product development,
willingness to accept customization requests, response to order
acknowledgment, and accuracy of invoice and shipping documents.
