With over 20 years of experience, the Cheval Group is a recognized leader in the design, manufacture, and integration of 19” racks for technology-intensive environments. We can modify standard products or create custom enclosures to meet OEM specific requirements.

With 23,200 square meters of manufacturing space in three turnkey state of the art facilities, we have the expertise and capacity to handle virtually any project. Each of our three manufacturing facilities have their own Electro-static Coating Line. They are robotic controlled and include a 5 stage Iron Phosphate pretreatment system with de-Ionized water rinse

Quality Assurance

Further assurance to proper painting is conducted by exposing test panels to environmentally controlled conditions. Results are then measured against industry standards.
