Each of our three manufacturing facilities have their own Electro-static Coating Line. They are robotic controlled and include a 5 stage Iron Phosphate pretreatment system with de-Ionized water rinse

Further assurance to proper painting is conducted by exposing test panels to environmentally controlled conditions. Results are then measured against industry standards.
