General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the whole operating process of the company in order to achieve the objectives
set by the Managing Director. The main responsibility of the General Manger is to manage the company, compete with global competitors and maximize profitability to the organization.
He or she will set up objectives and report the progress continuously under the management concept of good corporate governance.
- Age 40 years up.
- Bachelor’s Degree or MBA.
- Overseas experience and managerial experience in professional organization preferred.
- Good command in English
- Proven track record required.
- Knowledge of Accounting concept and information for management.
- Knowledge of managerial instruments i.e. ISO 9001 and ISO 14000.
- Hardworking, discipline, reliable and good human relations.
- Strong managerial knowledge and develop yourself continuously.
- Leadership and vision.
- Fair knowledge of Engineering as industrial is related to computer network.
Area of Responsibilities:
- Ensure that HR practice, policies and procedures are done according to company standards.
- Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Selection.
- Manage and negotiate any purchase from supplier to support production line on time by correct qty, part and good quality result.
Qualifications :
- Age must be over 30 years.
- At least a Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields and MBA is preferable.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR and Office duty (from manufacturing prefer)
- Knowledge and Understanding in warehouse, Logistics, inventory management and manufacturing process.
- Good vision with leadership ability, pro-active working able to meet target with succeed and following the target result,
people management & good communication skills and problem solving.
- Good knowledge and understand of ISO 9001 : 2000 , ISO 14001 : 2004 Standard System is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of new HR tools and process: JD, KPI, and Competency.
- Good Command of English and computer literate.
Qualifications :
- Age must be over 25 years.
- Bachelor's Degree or higer in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- At least 2 years of work experience in Project Management , Cost production controlling ,Raw Material Control , Planning , following and close– up with output proceed.
- Energetic, highly responsible, possessing Strong Management and communication skills.
- Strong analylical and problem solving skills.
- Strong leadership and proven team player.
- Good command of English.
- Computer literacy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in industrial engineer have experience 3-5
years in process production industry.
- Male or Female, age over 28 years old
- Knowledge about Activity Base Costing (ABC) concept
- Some knowledge about jig and fixture.
- Strongly analytical and problem solving skills
- Good command in English and computer literacy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and good computer
literacy
- Purchasing experience more than 3 years, oversea purchase is
an advantage
Qualifications:
- Female, at least 25 years of age
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Open to Non-Thai citizens. If Thai, must have experience living
abroad and worked with foreigners for at least one year.
- 2 years experience in executive secretarial functions in multinational
organization
- able to work hard and work independently under high pressure
- Positive thinking, self-motivated, highly responsible
- Excellent in spoken and written English and interpersonal skills
- Good Computer literacy
- Able to relocate and work in Chiang mai is preferable
