The
core of our quality policy is to produce products that exceed
the client’s requirements or expectations. We undergo regular
quality audits from our multinational clients. These audits,
along with our own internal systems, enable us to continually
improve our process, products and people.
All facilities are certified to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO
14001:2004.
Regular monitoring on two hour cycle of all critical points
in production process.

In house salt spray chamber
Standard paint inspection process that uses photo spectrometer
reading (L.a.b.), gloss meter, thickness meter, M.E.K. ruboff
tests, cross hatch adhesion, impact and hardness tests.
This
is our frame test center that allows for numerous twisting stress
and deflection tests. Cheval Group tests the load (weight bearing)
capacity of all our products. These tests are designed to help
determine upper limits to the amount of weight a particular
product can safely and functionally support. Graphs shown highlight
the frame deflection test at a load of 2250 lbs.
Our
testing lab is set up with it's own salt spray test (ASTM B117)
for paint quality control. Test panels are placed in the chamber
and exposed up to 500 hours. After this time, the panels are
inspected to determine how much rust occurred (creepage). The
allowed limit of creepage cannot exceed more than 6mm. The Graphs
show test result of two samples taken.
